Returns

In case of returning the product, you have the option to return it within 14 days from the date of shipment (the one indicated on the receipt), and it must be in its original condition with the proof of purchase inside and the tags in place.

Product exchanges are made through the courier that made the original shipment, otherwise the charges are incurred by the customer.

Furthermore, in case of exchange or return, immediate contact with us is required before proceeding.

If you wish to request a refund, please include a note with the account number, IBAN, bank and beneficiary name. Refunds are not possible if a product exchange has been made beforehand.

In each of the cases, the costs for product exchanges are borne by the customer, which are 6 euros for Greece and will be added to the next shipment. For cash returns, the amount is deducted from the total value of the items returned to us, and the difference is deposited in the customer’s account.

For returns made from Cyprus, the customer sends the product at his own expense with a courier company of his choice, according to the current tariffs of his area.
